This policy explains what information JuneWriting collects, how it is used, and how it is kept safe.
When you place an order or get in touch, I may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, project details, deadline, instructions, and any files you choose to share. I only ask for information needed to understand and complete your project.
I use your information to reply to inquiries, prepare quotes, complete your project, and send updates. I do not sell your information to anyone, and I do not use it for advertising or automated profiling.
The order form on this site prepares a message that is sent through WhatsApp. WhatsApp handles that message under its own privacy policy and terms. I also use email when you contact me directly or when a project requires it.
Any files you send are used only for your project. I keep them confidential and do not share them with third parties. Once the project is complete, I keep files only as long as needed for revisions or record keeping, then delete them.
When you send the order form, your details and any document you upload are saved to a private inbox hosted on a secure cloud provider. Uploaded files sit in private storage that is not publicly reachable, and downloads only work through short lived links. I am the only person who can sign in and read that inbox. You can ask me to delete a submission at any time.
This site does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics tools. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated and you will be informed.
I take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including using trusted communication tools and storing files on password-protected devices. No system is completely secure, but I treat your data with care.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you. Just send a message with your request and I will respond as soon as possible.
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always posted here.
If you have any questions about this policy or how your data is handled, please get in touch through the order form or WhatsApp.
