1. Service Description
JuneWriting provides academic writing assistance, research help, editing, and proofreading services for college and graduate students. This includes custom essays, research papers, dissertation chapters, literature reviews, term papers, admission essays, coursework, and related academic support.
2. Acceptable Use
All work delivered by JuneWriting is intended as a study aid, model answer, and reference material to support your own learning and research. We do not condone submitting our work as your own without proper disclosure to your institution. It is your responsibility to comply with your school's academic integrity policy and to cite our work appropriately if you choose to reference it.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete instructions, formatting requirements, and source materials at the time of ordering.
- Provide a realistic deadline that allows time for research, drafting, and revisions.
- Respond promptly to questions from the writer during the order.
- Review the delivered work in time to request revisions within the revision window.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before work begins. We accept PayPal and M-Pesa. Once payment is confirmed, the order is queued and the deadline clock starts. Prices are quoted per page (275 words) and may include rush surcharges for tight deadlines.
5. Revision Policy
Free revisions are provided within 7 days of delivery when the delivered work does not match the original instructions you provided at the time of ordering. Revisions that materially change the original requirements (added pages, new sources, changed topic, or expanded scope) are treated as new work and billed accordingly.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- 100% refund if you cancel before the writer has started work.
- 50% refund if you cancel after work has started but before delivery.
- No refund once the work has been delivered and the free revision allowance has been used.

7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final delivered document for personal academic use. JuneWriting retains the right to keep an internal copy for quality control and dispute resolution but will not resell, republish, or share your document with third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
JuneWriting is not liable for your academic grades, outcomes, disciplinary decisions, or institutional policy violations that result from how you choose to use the work we deliver. Our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Confidentiality
Your name, contact information, order details, and uploaded materials are treated as confidential. We never share, sell, or disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or as strictly necessary to process a payment.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to defraud the payment system, harass our writers, or violate these terms. Unused order credits will be refunded in line with the refund policy.
11. Account Deletion
You can delete your JuneWriting account at any time from the Delete My Account page while signed in. Deletion permanently removes your sign-in credentials and personal profile. Order records may be retained in anonymised form where required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith communication shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
