Refund Policy
Last updated June 19, 2026. Clear, fair refund tiers tied to how far a piece of work has progressed.
When Refunds Are Available
- You cancel an order before the writer has begun work.
- We miss the agreed deadline through no fault of yours.
- The delivered work does not match the agreed requirements and we are unable to fix it within the free-revision allowance.
- We are unable to assign a qualified writer to your order.
When Refunds Are Not Available
- You change the requirements after work has already started.
- You change your mind after the work has been delivered.
- You did not request a free revision before asking for a refund.
- You requested an unrealistic deadline and the agreed scope was reduced or moved.
- The grade or feedback you received from your institution did not meet your expectations (we deliver work to the instructions provided, not to a guaranteed grade).
Refund Tiers
100% refund
Cancellation before the writer has started research or drafting.
50% refund
Cancellation after work has started but before delivery. The 50% covers research time, partial drafting, and writer compensation.
Partial / case-by-case refund
If delivered work materially fails to meet the original instructions and cannot be brought up to standard within the free-revision allowance, we will agree a fair partial refund based on the portion of work that did not meet spec.
No refund
After delivery and successful completion of the free-revision allowance, or when the issue raised is outside the scope of the original instructions.
How to Request a Refund
- Email contact@junewriting.com with your order ID and a short explanation of the issue.
- If applicable, request a free revision first so we have the chance to fix the work.
- We will respond within 2 business days with a decision and, where applicable, the refund amount.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method (PayPal or M-Pesa).
